Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, Aqua, Glycerin, SCI, CAPB, Stearic Acid, Propylene Glycol, PhenoxyEthanol, Skin-safe Colours, Fragrance Oil and Essential Oil, but the secret ingredient is always love. 
All ingredients are plant based. 

Directions:

Scoop out a desired amount of whipped soap in your palm. 

Bathe with it as bath cream or use it with loofah to add extra lather to your bath.
