Glacial Marine Clay, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, Aqua, Glycerin, SCI, CAPB, Stearic Acid, Propylene Glycol, PhenoxyEthanol, and Essential Oil, but the secret ingredient is always love. 
All ingredients are plant based. 

Directions:

Scoop out a desired amount of whipped soap in your palm. 

Bathe with it as bath cream or use it with loofah to add extra lather to your bath.
